Ovarian Sertoli-Leydig cell tumor

LEFT ovary - replaced by predominent solid mass lesion with few cystic areas. No calcification. Vascularity is noted.
Right ovary - normal
Uterus - normal.
No ascites.
No retroperitoneal lymphadenopathy.

Tumor markers - Negative.
Surgery done.
Histopathology - Sertoli-Leydig cell tumor with moderate differentiation.
