Diagnosis almost certain

Presentation

Lower abdominal pain for about 1 month.

Patient Data

Age: 20 years
Gender: Female
ultrasound

LEFT ovary - replaced by predominent solid mass lesion with few cystic areas. No calcification. Vascularity is noted.

Right ovary - normal

Uterus - normal.

No ascites.

No retroperitoneal lymphadenopathy.

Case Discussion

CT - Findings of malignant tumor (not uploaded)

Tumor markers - Negative.

Surgery done.

Histopathology - Sertoli-Leydig cell tumor with moderate differentiation.
