Presentation
Patient came complaining of urinary tract symptoms.
Patient Data
Well defined hyperechoic lesion in the left ovary without detectable color flow.
Normal appearances of left ovary and uterus.
No pelvic free fluid.
The left ovary shows well defined hyper-intense lesion on T1 and T2 weighted images and suppressed on T1 fat saturation sequence without enhancement.
Case Discussion
The Features of the previously illustrated lesion are highly suggesting ovarian teratoma which is benign ovarian lesion which expresses fatty component on either MRI, USG or CT scan imaging. In our case, it is an incidental finding (not related to patient complaint).
