Bilateral multilocular adnexal lesions are seen, being more sizable on the right side, measuring on the right side about 13.5 x 7.5 x 10.5 along maximal axial and CC dimensions while the left lesion measures about 6.8 x 4.6 x 5.2 cm along maximal axial and CC dimensions respectively, they show areas of fat attenuation and calcific foci within.
