Palpable mass in left pelvis

Age: 80 years
Gender: Female

A 65 x 55 mm soft tissue density well defined soft tissue mass is present in the left adnexa. The left ovary couldn’t be defined separate than the aforementioned mass. 

Case Discussion

Pathology proven left ovarian thecoma which is a benign ovarian tumor of sex cord / stromal (mesenchymal) origin.
