Ovarian torsion

The left ovary is slightly shifted to the midline, enlarged in size, measuring about 4 x 3 x 5.8 cm, showing peripherally placed follicles with surrounding free fluid and oedema. Findings suggest ovarian torsion
The right ovary appears unremarkable
Unremarkable urinary bladder.
No obvious pelvic masses.
Gravid uterus with unremarkable fetus.
The visualised skeleton appears unremarkable.
Case Discussion
The patient underwent laproscopy and confirmed the MRI results and detorsion was done.
