LEFT ovary - 44 x 43 x 25 mm - 25 cc - echogenic parenchyma, peripheral follicles. No power Doppler flow signals.
RIGHT ovary - 2 cc - normal follicular pattern, power Doppler flow signals present.

Findings very much favor the diagnosis of left ovarian torsion.
