- cystic structure with thick enhancing wall in right ovary, most probably corpus luteal cyst
- no evidence of disease recurrence

A radiologist unaware of the widely accepted practice of ovarian transposition (oophoropexy) prior to pelvic radiation therapy may misdiagnose the transposed ovaries as metastases or disease recurrence.
