Dual-lead pacemaker with the generator in a left pectoral position. Bilateral generators and single lead deep brain stimulators.
Suboptimal inspiratory result. Bilateral lung base atelectasis, with airspace infiltrates in the left lung base. Small left pleural effusion. Cardiomediastinal contours grossly unchanged since last week.
One does not see 3 generators in a patient's chest that often.
