Recent increase in palpitations.

Patient Data

Age: 85 years
Gender: Male
x-ray

One of the pacemaker leads is kinked at the confluence of the brachiocephalic veins. No lead fracture.

Multiple surgical clips in the left hemithorax. Tortuous thoracic aortic aneurysm (known).
