Abnormal thickening of the fronto-tempro-parietal cortex bilaterally with relatively smooth brain surface>>>>Pachygyri.

Multiple high T2WI/ FLAIR abnormal SI are noted at the periventricular white matter.

Case Discussion

One year old girl with delayed both motor and mental milestones. MRI shows abnormal broad thickened gyri at both fronto-tempro-parietal cortix.
