Page Kidney
Coronal renal excretory phase
2 minute delayed phase imaging showing a 5 cm enhancing mass in the left mid kidney. There is perinephric hematoma secondary to hemorrhage from the renal mass, which is vascular. This is the cause for Page phenomenon and new onset uncontrolled hypertension.
Case Discussion
After blood pressure control, the patient underwent radical nephrectomy, which proved this to be a papillary renal cell cancer.
