Bony enlargement and coarse trabeculation in the right hemipelvis are seen on CT.
Case Discussion
The patient underwent laparascopic resection of left kidney. Final dignosis RCC T1aN0M0.
Findings in right hemipelvis has typical appearences of Paget disease.
