Case Discussion
Features of a polyostotic Paget disease involving the right hip and the left proximal humeral epiphysis. The differential diagnosis was bone metastasis from prostatic cancer, but the PSA was low and there was an elevation of the alkaline phosphatase, serum, and urine hydroxyproline with normal calcium and phosphates.
