Imaging features can be referred to as blade of grass sign or candle flame sign.

In the early phase of Paget disease, there is active bone resorption, often referred to as osteolytic or hot phase.
The example above is referred to as blade of grass sign or candle flame sign and represents a wedge shaped pattern of bone resorption.
