Elevated left dome of diaphragm is noted.
Incidentally left humerus shows diffuse cortical thickening and prominent trabeculation keeping with Paget disease.

CT study confirms the finding of abnormal contour of the diaphragmatic dome with no disruption to the diaphragmatic continuity keeping with eventration and also confirms diffuse cortical thickening and prominent trabeculation.
