Abnormal patella with a diffuse mixed sclerosis and lytic appearance. No expansion, cortical destruction or periosteal reaction.
Case Discussion
This patient had a bone scan 10 years prior (images no longer available) with a diagnosis of polyostotic Paget disease, with activity at this site as well as the humerus and ribs being made.
