Normal cardiomediastinal contours. Normal lungs and pleural spaces. Thickening of the right glenoid cortex.

Normal mediastinum and lungs. Expansion and cortical thickening of the right represents Paget disease of the scapula.
Case Discussion
These three radiographs over a period of a year demonstrate progressive increase in the density and size of the right scapula. Bone scan confirmed that it was isolated to one bone: monostotic Paget disease.
