Paget disease of the pelvis

Thickening, sclerosis and increased trabeculation of the whole of the left hemipelvis, including the iliopectineal and ischiopubic lines.
The right hemipelvis is normal in appearance.
Case Discussion
The pelvis is one of the typical locations for Paget disease of the bone. It is classically unilateral.
