Age: 80
Gender: Female
CT

Marked expansion of the skull bones diploic space with scattered ill defined focal areas of lucency and sclerosis. 

Shallow sella turcica. 

Degenerative changes of the TMJ joints, more marked on the right.

No fracture.

No acute intracranial abnormality. 

Symmetrical basal ganglia and cerebellar calcifications.
