3.3cm x 1.5cm smooth outlined T2 hyperintense, T1 isointense lesion contouring the soft palate with a few small linear flow voids within.
The mass has heterogenous contrast enhancement.
Bilateral reactive level II and III lymphadenopathy.
Case Discussion
The appearances on the MRI and in keeping with the clinical appearances of a vascular lesion of the soft palate in particular a palateal hemangioma.
