Palmar lipoma

Palmar swelling and numbness of the middle and ring fingers right hand.

Patient Data

Age: 45 years
Gender: Female

There is an 11 x 15 x 25 mm uniform high signal intensity mass with fat signal on all sequences, with compression of the flexor digitorum profundus tendons of the middle and ring fingers against the palmar aspect.

Case Discussion

This patient was referred with a slow-growing palmar mass over three years. Palmar lipoma is the primary differential diagnosis.
