Well-defined enhanced mass is seen at posterior segment of right upper lobe with invasion into upper mediastinum. Right brachiocephalic vein and right subclavian artery encased by tumour. Fat plane between esophagus and tumour seems to be obliterated. Parenchymal nodules are seen at the same lobe and also other lobes. Mediastinal lymphadenopathy is noted.
The findings are consistent with Pancoast tumour (superior sulcus tumour).
Histology: non-small cell lung cancers (NSCLC).
