The CBD stent is in situ, note that the ventral duct is more dilated than the dorsal duct as it drains into the papilla obstructed by the tumor.
The gold standard for depiction is ERCP,but MRCP is the standard method of evaluation in modern times.
Multi–detector row CT may also depict pancreas divisum, but only when the pancreatic duct is visualized
