Pancreas divisum with cholelithiasis

Multiple tiny calculi are seen in gallbladder lumen. Pancreatic duct is seen to cross CBD and drain separately into duodenum.

Case Discussion

Findings are consistent with cholelithiasis and pancreas divisum.
