Presentation

Abdominal pain.

Patient Data

Age: 55 years
Gender: Male
ct

A 40×25 mm low enhancing mass is noted at pancreatic uncinate process that partially encases SMA and SMV. 

A tiny stone less than 3 mm is present at upper calyx of left kidney.

The prostate gland is enlarged.
