Age: Adult

Invasive ductal adenocarcinoma at time of diagnosis.

  • a hypodense mass is seen at pancreatic head
  • dilated CBD, gallbladder and pancreatic duct
  • internal biliary drain along CBD till the duodenum
  • mild pneumobilia
  • few locoregional lymph nodes

After 2 months

Follow up after 2 months.
