Age: 60 years

There is a subtle low attenuating mass within the body and neck of the pancreas with non-opacification of the adjacent portal confluence. On the coronal images part of the mass can be clearly seen within the portal vein. The pancreatic duct within the tail of the pancreas is mildly distended.
