Pancreatic cysts in Von Hippel Lindau disease

Known patient with VHL on follow up.

Patient Data

Age: 35
Gender: Female

Multiple pancreatic cysts the largest one is seen at the tail. No solid component.

The patient had ventriculo-peritoneal shunt for cerebellar haemangioblastoma and hydrocephalus. Multiple variable size pancreatic head and tail cysts are noted. No renal affection.
