Pancreatic endocrine tumor

A 135×115 mm well-defined hetero-enhancing mass with multiple foci of coarse calcifications is noted between the spleen, pancreas and left kidney.
An 11 mm cyst is noted at anterosuperior aspect of spleen.
Two adjacent thin-walled non-enhanced cysts are seen at left ovary measuring 47 mm and 44 mm in diameters. A 30 mm cyst is also observed at right ovary.
Case Discussion
Pathology proven case of pancreatic endocrine tumor which arise from the pancreatic islet cells and include some distinct tumors that match the cell type of origin.
