Pancreatic head cancer

30×25 mm ill-defined low enhancing mass in the pancreatic head without vascular enhancement. A few small lymphadenopathies are seen at peripancreatic and paraaortic regions with maximum SAD of 10 mm.
The gallbladder is not seen at anatomical location due to prior resection. Pneumobilia is present.
Mild degenerative changes as osteophytosis are seen at the lumbar spine.
Case Discussion
Pancreatic head mass; pathology proven adenocarcinoma; with small regional and para-aortic lymphadenopathies.
