Hypodense encapsulated pancreatic tail mass with few septations inferiorly and wall calcification inferiorly.

Axial T2
T1 hypointense / T2 hyperintense encapsulated pancreatic tail mass with few septations inferiorly and intrinsic T1 hyperintensity inferiorly in keeping with previously demonstrated wall calcification. Mild pancreatic duct dilatation distal to the mass.
