Pancreatic neuroendocrine cell tumour

Presentation

Abdominal pain.

Patient Data

Age: 65 years
Gender: Male
Modality: MRI

There is a well defined pancreatic lesion seen at junction between tail and body anteriorly.

The lesion exhibits significant high signal intensity on T2WI with peripheral enhancement on arterial phase and more filling on delayed phases.

No other pancreatic lesion.
