Hypervascular 3 cm mass within the body of the pancreas.
Case Discussion
Histopathology results: Best regarded as a well-differentiated pancreatic endocrine carcinoma. Positive for MNF 116, chromogranin, synaptophysin and CD 56. The tumor is negative for insulin, glucagon, VIP, gastrin, S100, somatostatin and pancreatic polypeptide.
