A patient with known pancreatitis, abdominal distension and vomiting.
From the case:
Pancreatic pseudocyst
Axial C+ portal venous phase
CT examination clearly revealed a massive pancreatic pseudocyst.
Case Discussion
Treatment was via placement of a cystogastrostomy with subsequent drainage.
