Blunt abdominal trauma

Gender: Female
Modality: X-ray

Two weeks from initial trauma.

Modality: Ultrasound

Large midline cystic structure. The origin of the lesion couldn't be determined. 

Modality: CT

Large midline cystic structure on the upper abdomen with small communication to the pancreatic tail.

Modality: MRI

MRCP confirm the communication of the large cystic structure to the tail of the pancreas.

Modality: Ultrasound

spontaneous rupture of the pseudo pancreatic cyst evident by free fluid in the pelvis with loss of the configuration of the cyst. 

Modality: CT

S/P drainage tube insertion. Small cystic lesion is seen at the pancreatic tail.
