Very large cyst in the gastro-hepatic ligament extrinsically compressing the pylorus causing gastric outlet obstruction, i.e. distended fluid-filled stomach.

Subsequent CT following endoscopic cyst-gastrotomy stent insertion
Double J stent from the stomach to position of the cyst. It has deflated and the stomach has decompressed with a patent pylorus.

Pseudocysts may develop following acute pancreatitis and can cause pain as well compression of bowel and other upper abdominal structures.
