Pancreatic serous cystadenoma

A 53×31mm multicystic mass with lobulated margin is noted at pancreatic body which shows subtle enhancement at internal septations. No pancreatic duct dilatation is present. No apparent evidence of local invasion is noted.
Mild degenerative changes as osteophytosis are seen at the lumbar spine.
