A 41×35 mm multicystic lobulated mass with central calcifications is noted in the pancreatic head and neck. The distal pancreas appears normal, and the pancreatic duct is not dilated. There is no sign of local invasion to the adjacent structures and no regional lymphadenopathy.
Case Discussion
Pathology-proven serous cystadenoma of the pancreas, also known as microcystic adenoma.
