Pancreatic serous cystadenoma

A 45mm cystic lesion with central calcification is present at pancreatic head and neck.
The left kidney shows cross ectopia and located at right pelvis with posteriorly rotated hilum. A 20mm stone (936HU) is observed at left renal pelvis causing mild hydronephrosis.
Degenerative changes as osteophytosis are seen at the lumbar spine.
Case Discussion
Features of pancreatic lesion are most consistent with pancreatic serous cystadenoma, also referred as microcystic adenoma, is an uncommon type of benign cystic pancreatic neoplasm.
