Diagnosis probable

Presentation

Diabetes mellitus type II since two years and hyperlipidemia. Symptoms: recurrent right hypochondrial pain. No alcohol consumption.

Case Discussion

Pancreatic duct calculi are commonly believed to be a sequela to chronic pancreatitis, which itself is usually secondary to biliary tract disease.
