Presentation

Upper abdominal pain. Liver mets detected on ultrasound.

Patient Data

Age: 70 years
Gender: Female

There is an ill-defined hypoenhancing lesion involving the pancreatic tail. There is also local infiltration or metastatic disease of the adjacent left adrenal.

Multiple hepatic focal lesions, suggestive of hepatic metastases.
