Presentation

Abdominal pain. History of recent necrotic pancreatitis.

Patient Data

Age: 60 years
Gender: Female

A 116×73 mm thick-walled septated cystic lesion is present at pancreatic body and tail. Several small lymphadenopathies are seen in peripancreatic regions. Follow up is recommended.

A 15 mm hypo-attenuating mass is noted at segment VII of the liver which shows early peripheral enhancement with centripetal filling. Hemangioma is a probable diagnosis. Correlation with US finding is needed.

The left kidney is relatively small and the right kidney shows compensatory hypertrophy.

Case Discussion

Regarding the history of recent necrotic pancreatitis, large pancreatic walled-off necrotic collection (WON) is the most likely diagnosis.
