Known sarcoidosis.

Patient Data

Age: 25 years
Gender: Male

Gallium-67 scan showing bilateral tracer uptake in the parotid and lacrimal glands - the panda sign of sarcoidosis.

x-ray

Heart size is within normal limits. Extensive mediastinal and hilar lymphadenopathy. Lungs and pleural spaces are clear. Bones are normal.
