Right lower anterior - lateral chest wall swelling - Few days. Referred for ultrasound to evaluate the swelling.

Craniocaudal - 4 cm
No collection was observed.
Doppler - No flow noted.
The underlying muscles are normal.
The underlying ribs show an intact anterior cortex.
