Tiny simple cysts in the liver, left kidney and spleen.
No other abnormality.
Case Discussion
An example of a panproctocolectomy, in this case prophylactically for Lynch syndrome.
The uterus has 'dropped' into the presacral space given the absence of a rectum.
Inflammatory bowel disease is the other chief indication for a panproctocolectomy.
