Presentation
Presented with a history of recurrent right inguinal swelling for last few days.
Patient Data

There is a right inguinal hernia during supine as well as standing Valsalva. A hernia passes superficial (or lateral) as well as deep (or medial) to the inferior epigastric vessels (image aligned right angle to inferior epigastric vessels). The neck of the hernia sac passing superficial to the inferior epigastric vessels is 6-7 mm. This sac contains peritoneal fat only. The neck of the hernia sac passing deep to inferior epigastric vessels is 16-17 mm. This sac contains peritoneal fat as well as non-dilated small bowel loops. The hernia is reducible.
