Pantaloon hernia

There is herniation of the small bowel superficial/lateral to the inferior epigastric vessels as well as deep/medial to the vessels. The inguinal hernia is present on both sides. Both herniae are reducible.
Case Discussion
The case shows the presence of direct as well as indirect inguinal hernias which is known as a pantaloon hernia.
