Gender: Male

Bilateral symmetrical abnormal high signal intensity within anteromedial globus pallidus with surrounding hypointensity on T2WI giving the "eye of the tiger" sign. 

Case Discussion

Imaging features and clinical presentation are compatible with pantothenate kinase-associated neurodegeneration giving the specific MRI appearance of the eye of the tiger sign.
