There is a 1.9 x 1.9 x 2.1 cm complex cystic and solid hypervascular mass with peripheral calcifications in the right epididymal head, which given the history of VHL, most likely represents papillary cystadenoma.
Unremarkable right testicle.
Case Discussion
Papillary cystadenoma of the epididymis is an uncommon benign tumor, but is one of the many lesions associated with Von Hippel-Lindau disease.
