Follow-up of US nodule.

Patient Data

Age: 37-year-old
Gender: Female

Ultrasound of the thyroid

Right thyroid lobe solid hypoechogenic nodule with lobulated margins and some indistinct inferior margins. No abnormal vascularity noted, no definitive evidences of internal calcifications. No suspicious cervical lymph nodes identified bilaterally.

Corresponding to the location of the right lobe thyroid nodule there is a focal area of reduced radiotracer uptake ("cold nodule").
